At Thermomix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Item
Place the Thermomix unit and all included accessories back into the original packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the device, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
